Nicolas serves as the Lead Cyber General Adjuster for Quebec and is a member of the GTS (Global Technical Services) team at Crawford Canada. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, he plays a pivotal role in managing complex cyber claims and is recognized for delivering strategic, client-focused solutions.  

Nicolas serves as a trainer, educator, and mentor, actively supporting knowledge transfer within the insurance industry through his teaching roles at the Insurance Institute and at the college level
