Crawford Canada appoints Kelly Stevens as chief operating officer

Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Stevens as chief operating officer (COO), effective immediately.

 

In this expanded role, Stevens will have overall responsibility for Crawford Canada’s business operations, including Loss Adjusting, Third Party Administration (TPA), Contractor Connection and Network Solutions. By bringing these businesses under a single operational leadership structure, Crawford aims to strengthen coordination, streamline decision-making, and deliver greater consistency and efficiency for clients and partners across Canada.
